A Glimpse Behind the Lantern???

Something’s been stirring lately. Not just in the world of The Labyrinth of Time’s Edge, but beyond it too. The site’s been breaking records. Downloads are flying, GitHub is alive, and for the first time in a long time, it feels like people are really starting to notice what’s going on here. All these years building this massive, living world of words, of twisted passageways, haunted memories, crumbling clock towers and forgotten gods, and it’s finally connecting with others in ways I never imagined. And that’s surreal. But here’s the truth.

Behind all of this, the maps, the writing, the game engine, the design, it’s just me. One person. One lantern, trying to push back the darkness. And that got me thinking. what if I let you in? I’m thinking of launching a Patreon. Something small. Five bucks. That’s it. No paywalls for the game, no locked content, just a chance to go deeper, behind the scenes of The Labyrinth of Time’s Edge.

I’m talking:

1). The late-night Devlogs when things break and I don’t know how to fix them.

2). The hours spent rewriting a single room description because the poetry didn’t land quite right.

3). The raw stuff, honest updates, failed ideas, discarded dreams, and those sparks of magic that make it all worth it.

This wouldn’t be just about funding the game, it’s about building something real together. With that little bit of support, I could possibly start expanding things even more:

4). Official merch, shirts, mugs, maybe even a vintage-style game box.

5). A professional site worthy of the game’s legacy.

None of this changes the heart of the project. The Labyrinth of Time’s Edge will always remain free to play. Always. This isn’t about cashing in, it’s about helping it grow wings. So yeah, it’s just a thought for now. But if you’ve walked these halls with me, lit your lantern in the dark corners of forgotten temples, or felt something stir when you read that first screen of text.

Then maybe, just maybe, you’d like to be part of the next step too.

More soon.
