I hope this update finds you all doing well! It’s been a little while since my last post, but trust me, I’ve got some exciting things to share with you. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve reached the 900-room milestone in the game! This includes the newly expanded mine area, where you’ll encounter a mysterious and eccentric wizard. This enigmatic figure holds the key to unlocking the cure for the madness and evil that have swept across the land.
I have to say, this part of the game was an absolute joy to create—and I think you’re going to love it, too. Not only do you get to meet a wizard (yes, a wizard!), but you’ll also face some truly thrilling challenges. Picture this: a giant, man-eating spider lurking in the shadows, ready to strike when you least expect it. And if that’s not enough, massive bats the size of wagons will swoop down as you glide along a zipline platform, plunging deeper into the dark abyss of this treacherous place.
The energy and excitement of designing this portion of the game were incredible, and I’m confident it will keep you on the edge of your seat. I even captured some gameplay footage and uploaded it to my YouTube channel for you to check out. Trust me, you won’t want to miss it—it’s intense!
But the adventure doesn’t stop here. With this update now complete, I’ve already started working on the next chapter, which will offer a glimpse into the crumbling boundaries of reality itself. Things are about to get even more surreal, and I can’t wait to share it with you all soon.
But that’s not all that’s happening in the game! I’m already hard at work on a new section that promises to plunge you into pure chaos. Every room I design, every branching path I write, draws me deeper into this ever-evolving world. It’s a journey not just for the characters, but for me as the creator as well. With each passing day, I find myself growing—both as a storyteller and as a game developer.
There’s something magical about being an adventurer in this day and age. Whether you’re traversing vast digital landscapes or confronting the unknown in a game like this, one thing remains constant: no matter where you are or what system you’re playing on, you’ll always find yourself on the edge of your seat.

You’ll also find yourself encountering bats in the game—because, let’s be honest, bats are quintessential creatures in any adventure game. Whether it’s a text-based adventure, an 8-bit horror, or even more modern genres, bats always seem to make their way into the scene, flapping about in the background or swooping in to add an eerie touch.
For me, bats hold a special place in gaming. One of my favorite examples comes from Haunted House on the Atari 2600—a true classic. The bats in that game added so much atmosphere, despite the simplicity of the graphics. Including them in my game feels like a tribute to that era and to what I believe is one of the most underrated “characters” in gaming history. They may not have dialogue or dramatic arcs, but they contribute so much to the mood and tension of a game, often stealing the spotlight in their own subtle way.

And with that, I want to wish you all a good morning, a good afternoon, or a good night—wherever you may be in this vast, crazy world of ours. Let’s strive to be good to one another, to lift each other up, and to always embrace kindness in our journey through life.
No matter where your adventures take you, whether in the real world or in the digital landscapes we create together, remember to let your lantern guide your path. It’s a reminder that even in the darkest of times, a little light can lead the way.
